Nestled above the sea in the historic Paštrovići region, this is a house built from the hills it stands on — local stone, set by hand, following methods practised here for generations. Four bedrooms open onto the Adriatic; a pool holds the last light of the evening; an olive grove keeps its own quiet time. Nothing here is borrowed from elsewhere. It could not exist anywhere but this hillside.

Architecture
Every stone was sourced from the surrounding hills and set by hand. Exposed beams, wrought-iron detail and locally quarried stone bring warmth throughout the villa, while large glazed openings dissolve the line between the interior and the landscape beyond it. The result feels less like construction and more like something that simply belonged here — modern in comfort, unhurried in character.
